In her new book, Verb Animate: Poetry and Prose from Acts of Collaboration, Heid E. Erdrich explores the experience of collaboration with other artists, including Jonathan Thunder, a frequent collaborator who created the cover art and the beautiful flyleaf art. The book also includes prompts to encourage readers to explore their own thoughts about the works, and to create their own collaborative poems.
